Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Upon receipt of your order, immediately open and inspect it thoroughly for any manufacturing error, defect, or shipping damage. If you find your product incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department within seven days of delivery by submitting this RMA Request Form or calling 972-346-8179. Freight claims cannot be accepted after 7 days. If the product requires replacement, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and a shipping address to return the products. Cancellations or Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please call our customer service department at 972-346-8179. We will do our best to assist your needs, however, if your order has been processed, we will not be able to adjust or cancel your order.

Returns or Exchanges
If you need to return an item, please submit this RMA Request Form or call 972-346-8179. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. All products must be returned in their original packing for refund or exchange and the RMA Request Form must be requested within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee may be applied for all returns. Note: all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returned goods must be shipped freight charges prepaid. No returns on any non-stock items or custom made caps.
